Subscription Policy
1. General Terms
This Subscription Policy governs the terms of subscription-based access to the Yogio service. By subscribing, you agree to these terms in full.
We reserve the right to modify this Subscription Policy at any time. Any changes will become effective upon posting on our website, unless otherwise required by law. Continued use of the service after any updates constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
Subscriptions may be purchased (a) via our Website, (b) via the Apple App Store (iOS), or (c) via Google Play (Android). Purchases made in an app store are billed and managed by that store under its terms. We do not control app-store billing, proration, refunds, or cancellations.
Subscription Prices may include or exclude taxes such as VAT and fees depending on region. For Google Play/App Store, tax handling follows store rules and local law; for Website purchases, taxes are calculated at checkout.
2. Subscription Plans & Pricing
Yogio offers a range of subscription plans with varying duration periods and pricing. These plans may include:
● Introductory offers – temporary discounted rates or special pricing available for new subscribers.
● Free trials – a limited period of free access to the service before transitioning to a paid subscription.
● Promotional discounts – time-limited price reductions or special deals available to all or specific users.
Any such discounts will apply only for the specified period and will renew at the standard subscription rate unless otherwise stated.
All offers are subject to specific terms and conditions outlined at the time of the offer. Yogio reserves the right to pull the offer at any time without warning and refuse any offer, discount, or promotion for any reason, including but not limited to fraud, manipulation, or the provision of false information.
Trials and promotional prices offered in Google Play and the App Store auto-renew to a paid plan at the standard rate unless you cancel in the same store before the trial/offer ends. Store-specific eligibility rules may apply.
3. Automatic Renewal & Payment
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period (weekly, monthly, yearly, or otherwise, depending on the plan selected) until canceled.
By subscribing, you authorize Yogio to charge the applicable subscription fees to the payment method provided at the time of purchase. Charges will occur:
● At the time of subscription confirmation (including biometric authorization, payment detail entry, or confirmation via Apple/Google Pay); or
● At the end of any applicable trial period.
If payment fails due to insufficient funds or other issues, access to the service may be suspended until successful payment is received.
Subscriptions purchased through:

Google Play (Android): Google is the billing provider. Charges and renewal timing are handled by Google under your Play account.

Apple App Store (iOS): Apple is the billing provider.

Website: we (or our payment processor) charge the payment method you provide.
If a payment fails, access may be paused until the store or our processor successfully charges your method.
4. Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time before the renewal date to prevent further charges. To cancel:
● Log into your Yogio account and navigate to “My Subscription” in your Profile. Follow the prompts to disable automatic renewal.
● Google Play (Android): cancel in Google Play → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. Cancellation stops future renewals; current period remains active until it ends.
● Apple (iOS): cancel in Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. Cancellation stops future renewals; current period remains active until it ends.
Cancellation prevents future charges but does not provide refunds for the current subscription period. You will retain full access to the service until the end of your current billing cycle.
5. Changes to Subscription Fees
Yogio reserves the right to adjust subscription fees as permitted by applicable laws. Any changes will be communicated in advance through email or a notification within the service.
If you do not agree to the new pricing, you may cancel your subscription before the new fees take effect. Continued use of the service after the price change will be considered acceptance of the new rate. For Google Play/App Store purchases, the store will notify you of price changes and may require your consent; if you do not accept, the subscription may be canceled by the store at renewal.
