Refund Policy

1. General Terms

By accessing or using the Yogio service on any device (computer, mobile phone, tablet), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our services immediately.

 

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice, and any changes will become effective upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services by accessing the content via any device after any modifications will be deemed as acceptance of the updated policy.

All payments are processed securely through third-party payment processors. We do not store or collect your payment details, and all transactions are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective payment processor.

 

We reserve the right to grant or deny refunds at our sole discretion, in accordance with applicable laws and policies.

 

Refund requests must be submitted via email to support@my.yogio.net, providing all relevant transaction details. Please note that refunds will not be issued if your subscription period has expired. 

 

Refunds, when approved, will be processed back to the original payment method within 5-10 business days. Please note that we can only refund the corresponding price of the chosen product, service, or subscription, excluding bank or payment system charges, fees, and any additional processing fees.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

All purchases are considered final and non-cancellable; however, you may qualify for a refund under the following exceptional circumstances subject to conditions and terms in this Policy:

(A) Technical Issues

If you experience persistent technical issues that prevent you from accessing or using the service, and we are unable to resolve them, you may request a refund. To process your request, we may require the following details:

  • Device model and operating system version.

  • Detailed description of the issue, including any error messages.

  • Screenshots or screen recordings demonstrating the problem.

(B) Refunds for Certain U.S. State Residents

Residents of California and Connecticut may cancel a purchase within three business days (by midnight of the third business day following the transaction) to receive a full refund.

(C) Refunds for EU/EEA Residents

Consumers based in the European Economic Area (EEA) and Switzerland have the legal right to withdraw from digital purchases within 14 days of the transaction. Should you exercise your right to withdrawal within the applicable period, your refund request must comply with the following conditions:
 

  • If you have not completed any workouts, you may request a full refund within 14 calendar days of your purchase

  • If you have already completed one or more workouts, we will review your refund request and may issue a prorated refund based on the number of workouts completed
     

By "completing a workout" we mean that you have accessed a video recording and that you have completed at least 80% of a physical workout.

However, by purchasing a single item of digital content (such as PDF guide), you expressly agree that the content is provided immediately, and as a result, you waive your right to withdrawal and refund.

(D) Refunds Based on Product Efficiency (30 days money back guarantee) 

If you feel that our product has not provided the expected benefits, you may request a refund based on your Subscription Plan usage. Refund eligibility is determined by the number of workouts you completed within the subscription period. We may approve your refund request if it meets the following criteria:
 

  • At least 3 consecutive workouts were completed during the 1-Week Subscription

  • At least 7 consecutive workouts were completed during the 4-Week Subscription

  • At least 14 consecutive workouts were completed during the 12-Week Subscription or more lengthy subscription periods.

 

Refund requests based on product efficiency must be submitted within the active subscription period and within 30 calendar days of the original purchase date. We may request you to provide us with relevant details regarding product usage, such as a screenshot from a personal account that clearly displays the progress bar. Yogio reserves the right to review and verify usage data before approving refunds.

 

3. Additional Considerations

  • Refunds will only be issued using the original payment method used for the transaction.

  • Refunds will not be granted in cases where the user has extensively consumed content.

  • If you have multiple subscription renewals, we will only review a refund request for your latest transaction. Previous subscription periods that have already been charged and completed are not eligible for a refund.

  • Each refund request is assessed individually and remains at Yogio's discretion.
