Refund Policy

1. General Terms
By accessing or using the Yogio service on any device (computer, mobile phone, tablet), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our services immediately.
We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time subject to applicable laws. Any changes will become effective upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services after changes will be deemed acceptance of the updated policy.
All payments are processed securely via third-party payment processors. We do not store or collect your payment details, and all transactions are subject to the terms and conditions of the relevant payment provider.

• Apple App Store (iOS): payments and refunds are handled by Apple; submit requests via Apple Support (https://support.apple.com/billing).
• Google Play (Android): payments and refunds are handled by Google; submit requests via Google Play Help (https://support.google.com/googleplay/). Manage or cancel subscription in Google Play → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription
• Website purchases: payments are processed by our providers (e.g., Stripe). For Website transactions only, send refund requests to support@my.yogio.net with full transaction details. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, excluding non-refundable processing/bank fees.
2. Eligibility for Refunds
Please note: If you purchased your subscription via the Apple App Store, Apple’s refund policies apply exclusively, and you must request a refund directly from Apple. If you purchased via the Google Play, their refund policies apply exclusively, and refund requests must be submitted through their official channels. The conditions below apply only to Website purchases. The conditions described below apply only to purchases made directly through our Website. For App Store/Google Play purchases, see the respective store’s policy. While all purchases are generally non-refundable, exceptions apply under the conditions described below or where required by applicable consumer protection law:
(A) Technical Issues
If you experience persistent technical issues that prevent you from using the service, and the issue remains unresolved for more than 5 business days after reporting it to our support team, you may be eligible for a refund. We may request the following:

Device model and OS version.

Description of the issue and any error messages.

Screenshots or screen recordings confirming the issue.
If no support request was submitted or if the issue was resolved within the response timeframe, the refund will not be granted.
(B) Refunds for Certain U.S. State Residents
If you reside in California or Connecticut, you may cancel your purchase within 3 business days and receive a full refund (only for first-time purchases).
(C) Refunds for EU/EEA/Switzerland Residents
Consumers based in the European Economic Area (EEA) and Switzerland have the legal right to withdraw from digital purchases within 14 сalendar days of purchase, provided that:

If no workouts were completed, a full refund may be issued.

If one or more workouts were completed, we may offer a prorated refund depending on your usage.

If more than 80% of the program has been completed, a refund will not be granted.

Single-use digital items (e.g. PDF guides) are delivered immediately. By purchasing them, you waive your right to withdrawal and refund.
For App Store/Google Play transactions, EU/EEA withdrawal requests are processed by Apple or Google respectively under their policies; if delivery of digital content has begun, withdrawal may be unavailable per store rules.
(D) 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee (First Purchase Only)
We offer a one-time satisfaction-based refund for your first purchase, provided the following conditions are met:

You completed at least the minimum number of consecutive workouts according to your plan:

3 workouts for 1-week subscription

7 workouts for 4-week subscription

14 workouts for 12-week or longer subscriptions

Your refund request is submitted within 30 calendar days from the original purchase date and during the active subscription period.

Your request includes a brief explanation of why the program did not meet your expectations.

The request includes a screenshot of your training progress.

You have not previously received a refund for this product or subscription.

You have not violated other refund policy conditions.

Our discretionary guarantees (e.g., satisfaction/usage thresholds) do not apply to App Store or Google Play purchases. Please reach out to App Store or Google Play support, depending on the store you downloaded the app from, to inquire about any such guarantees and refunds.
We may request a screenshot from your personal account showing workout progress. Yogio reserves the right to verify all usage data before issuing a refund.
3. When Refunds Will Not Be Granted
Refunds will not be granted in the following situations:

If you completed more than 80% of the content in any program or subscription package.

If your subscription was auto-renewed, and you did not cancel it in advance.

If the technical issue was not reported to our support team, or was resolved within 5 business days.

If the request was submitted more than 14 calendar days after purchase (unless otherwise required by law).

If you have already received a refund for the same product or subscription in a previous period.

If you made the purchase via App Store or Google Play and did not request a refund via their official channels.

If you did not meet the minimum workout requirement for your plan as defined above in section 2(D).

If you did not respond to our support team’s request for clarification or additional information.

If you attempted to request multiple refunds from the same account or payment method, which may be considered abuse.
4. Additional Considerations

Refunds are always returned to the original payment method.

Refunds apply only to the latest transaction. Prior renewals are not refundable.

All refund requests are reviewed individually and approved at Yogio’s sole discretion. Refunds requested through App Store or Google Play are reviewed according to their respective policies. We cannot issue or override refunds for store-processed transactions, such as App Store or Google Play.
